When I experienced an abscess 36 hours later, they told me I'd have to wait 5 days till my dentist was in again. Not a trace of concern for my distress and pain. My referring dentist saw me within 2 hours and dealt with the abscess. Vermilion promised to pass my treatment notes to my previous specialist dentist. Three weeks later we are still waiting. I would recommend avoiding this practice at all costs. (And their costs are certainly high!)
