We came here on a Saturday morning and a very very kind man was so happy to help us even though we didn't even originally buy the glasses from Specsavers! He fixed the glasses on the spot (attaching a new arm and screw etc, and he even cleaned them as well) and was so friendly and happy to help, and did not charge anything. What lovely, kind and generous customer service! Thank you so much!!
