Took my car in twice with same fault before it was acknowledged that there was a problem. Nearest appointment booked in ... 4 weeks ! due to no courtesy car being available.
On this occasion I was made to wait one hour before mechanic was available (Appointment 10.30 am seen at 11.30) during this time it was up to me to approach service desk to ask what was going on even though I was in plane sight of service desk.
So far regret using this dealership
