We must have looked a little confused when we arrived as Steve, who was driving a cleaning machine stopped what he was doing and came to ask if he could help. He told us where to car park toilets were and the door code to get in! (As we'd been on the road for 4hrs) Steve was very friendly and took an interest in our visit. He also told us that we could get a discount on our parking as we were staying at Travel lodge (which was reduced from £21.00 to £12.00!) Thank you to Steve for being the first person we spoke to when we arrived in Edinburgh. An excellent first impression! Will be using q-park next time we go to Edinburgh.
