- sveta linch Review added: 2018.06.20★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Hate this company,after only request a book ,I was bombarded with phone calls every day and few times a day, I agree for agent to come and measure the doors, this is only meant to be a quotation ,then I fellt absolutely pressured by him to agree to something that I really didn't want, his price was absolutely ridiculous at the beginning , he said that to do the job it would cost just over a 8 grant,then price suddenly dropped by 60%. I did signed the agreement with him, after I was promised this and that ( I WAS UNDER THE PRESSURE). Next day , after digesting what was happened I sent a email to cancellation team also sent a cancellation form by post, and also made a phone call to weatherseal customer service, telling them that I do not want to proceed with my order and I would like to get my refund on money which they all ready took from my bank account, person on other end said that he don't know anything about the money and promised me that somebody will call me shortly, guess what nobody call me. The agent , who was ment to do only quotation give me his business card to contact him if I have any questions. I've tried couple times to contact him also left him a voicemail and was no reply. This is just TOTAL SCAM. BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
