Shocking and disgusting service. We asked for 300 odd documents to be printed off in colour and when we collected they had printed them all off in black and white except for 19 pages which they put at the top to make it look like they were in colour and they refuse to refund us for the other hundreds of black and white documents which we cannot do anything with as they needed to be in colour. Alex was so rude and told me basically the instructions were not clear enough! How much more clear can it be to say “print everything off in colour”. After reading all their bad reviews on google I realised how stupid I was for using these incompetent idiots in the first place.
Also take note the reason they removed commenting from their Facebook page was due to all the bad feedback!
I highly recommend using Key Printing services which are a street away. Right around the corner and cost us only 7p per colour copy. The guys there Mark was extremely friendly and helpful
