Been stood waiting and an older staff member looked at me as though I'd dropped a fresh one on the floor and huffed that "I'd just need to wait while she finished" - fantastic service!!
Also had two parcels sent from this location go missing, could be a coincidence but never had any issues anywhere else so suspect incompetence here.
