I was told by letter to take my car to get engine management system updated so i did then it began the poor service from staff . Later i was phoned to say my car was ready but there was a problem with my coolant levels nd also needed 2 new tyres to which i just laughed as the car had just recently had new tyres fitted and all fluid levels checked the previous day . Then i went to pick up car and the silly wee lassie said it was being valeted .i replied r u sure she was adament but didnt realise my car was parked up outside nd didnt need valet . Well wat can i say ford portobello IDIOTS
