Otherwise my plan to rejuvenate my sporting career was grinding to a premature hault! Having visited Empower and spent a couple of sessions with the very personable and highly professional Clem, I noticed a substantial lack of regular pain after training and I was a lot more at ease in my movements following the instructions Clem advised me to follow.
