(along with her Zumba class) She is an attentive and knowledgable instructor with a keen eye for precision. I feel safe in her hands and am happy to report that I'm seeing results already after a mere couple of months! Her enthusiastic support gives me the lift to go that extra mile in all the challenges she sets me.
Recommend her? Absolutely! Everyone needs a dose of Nadia in their life :-)

All of the participants are lovely and very welcoming and we always have a fun class. The best thing is that everyone is made to feel welcome regardless of age or ability. There are some very experienced people in the classes and then there are those like me, with my 2 left feet! I would highly recommend the classes to anyone looking for a fun work out.

Every song has been choreographed in such a way that it offers you the choice of keeping it simple or to really challenge yourself. Her class is as welcoming to newbies as Nadia herself and you won't feel isolated or ignored, be prepared for complete strangers to smile and say hello. The buzz that you will leave with lasts for hours!
