- colin christison Review added: 2018.09.04★ ★ ★ ★ ★A workman cut through the main power cable in my flat. Scottish Power required access to the fuse box for the building, which is located in a locked cupboard on the ground floor. I called the regular Charles White number at 6.30 pm, and in just under an hour a CW member of staff arrived with the key. SP then replaced the cable from that cupboard all the way to my flat on the second floor. I was very grateful that CW responded so quickly otherwise I would have been without power overnight. Superb service!
