Kathy immediately put me at ease upon entering her immaculately clean and welcoming clinic. (Even though I was early!). She has a very friendly, polite and gentle manner and is extremely knowledgeable. When entering the calm ,warm and very clean room Kathy explained what would happen during the session and showed me all the equipment (disposable and sterile ). The procedure was not at all what I was expecting! It was surprisingly relaxing, soothing and gentle with the occasional cramp at a few points. Kathy was talking to me about my condition throughout and making sure I was completely comfortable and relaxed. At no point whatsoever did I feel discomfort or embarrassed as Kathy is very approachable and has the answers to any questions you may have. She is very knowledgeable and explains why it is important to have a healthy lifestyle and gives great advice without criticising. I left my session feeling refreshed,cleaner, lighter and renewed. Kathy is definitely the person I would recommend to all my friends and family who are thinking of having a cleanse. A true professional. Well done Kathy. Will 100% return.
