They are very customer focused and I feel they strive to find the best outcome even if that is cancelling or taking a break. The beer has arrived promptly, the magazine has been informative and interesting, the snack each month is awesome as its always something i have never had and most cases never heard off and they have been tasty.
i have e-mailed the guys a few times to chat about the beers, how and why they started up and each time i have had a prompt, friendly and enjoyable interaction.
there are lots of these mail subscription services for food, drink and items and i have tried many.
I would rate beer52 up there with the best and thoroughly look forward to each months new case.
