- Alex D Review added: 2018.05.21★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆"Call later in the week" "Call back later tomorrow morning at 8am" "No appointments until next week." these are the responses i get 90% of the time even when I call early in the AM. I leave this review after having my partner go through quite a horrible experience, and explaining to the receptionist the urgency of why she needs an appointment. "We are fully booked" "We do not have emergency appointments" "She can drop in tomorrow morning" (Though I told them she can't due to her last chance at an exam.) She was so insensitive, careless, and rude. My partners condition is so bad we rang 111, and they actually had to contact Ladywell via FAX, and then they suddenly magically had an emergency appointment! It's appalling! If I could leave zero stars I would! This place needs to be completely re-done.
